Terms of service
The short version: we host your booking workspace, you keep ownership of your data, and either side can end the arrangement without drama.

Your account
You need a valid email address and a workspace to use Cadence. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and for the actions taken inside your workspace.
Trials, plans and billing
New workspaces start with a 14-day trial that does not require a card. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from the billing screen at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
Do not use Cadence to send unsolicited messages, to store data you have no permission to hold, or to attempt to break the service. Reminders must include a way for recipients to opt out, which Cadence handles by default.
Your data stays yours
Client records, notes and appointment history belong to your practice. We access them only to operate the service or when you ask us to help with a support request.
Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim.
